"Extremely impressed with the service and care..."

We attended A&E on Friday night and were asked to return on Saturday morning for an x-ray. From the A&E staff, to the porter who transferred us to the ward, the ward staff (E2), medical team, radiographer, anaesthetist and theatre staff, I was really impressed with the care and compassion provided to my daughter. The communication to us and between the staff was excellent. Staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help. Working within the NHS myself, I realise there are a lot of pressures within the hospital with the new build and the recent CQC report but this did not reflect on the staffs delivery of care, there was evidence of true teamwork.
