"The whole experience was a breeze"

(as the patient),

We went to Barns Medical Practice, Dalblair Road, Ayr to inform them of our change of address and the whole experience was a breeze.

The receptionist could have not been more helpful and attentive even changing our Pharmacy for pickup. We were very well looked after from beginning to end and as usual it is a smooth experience at this practice.

I'm glad you have found the service received helpful and attentive on this, and on previous occasions.

As front line staff the Receptionists job is not always an easy one, and so it is nice to know the work they do is appreciated. I look forward to passing your comments on to them.
