"Confusion over referral or not?"

I was discharged from A and E a couple of weeks ago, and the Doctor referred me to the Orthopaedic team. Since then I heard nothing back, and was awaiting to see if I needed further x rays or scans. Upon checking up on the situation yesterday, I find that the Ortho team has referred me back to the GP and didn't even inform me.

I am now in a situation where the GP is refusing to see me without Ortho input, and the Ortho team at East Surrey is refusing to see me saying they have referred me back to GP.

Over the last couple of days I have been particularly uncomfortable with the neck, photophobic and increasing nausea, and have been mainly confined to bed with a heat wrap to try and manage situation. I am also on co-codomol, tramadol and naproxem. I would just like someone somewhere to take responsibility and provide support needed.
