"Very efficient"

Arrived for a blood test just before 8am with 24 people in front of me. Doors opened and everyone quickly filed in, took a number and sat down. The first number was almost immediately called, and after a slow start, people went through at a steady pace. As I was number 25 I went in by 9.15am which I was pleased with. After the blood test I had to go through for an x-Ray , I waited for 2 or 3 minutes and then went in for the x-Ray. All in all I felt that patients were being dealt with as soon as possible. I left at 9.20am which I was very pleased about. Staff very polite and efficient, building clean and smart.
