We were on holiday in North Yorkshire when my husband fell and broke his arm on the 30th January 2014 The care in Accident and emergency was outstanding he had to have his wrist manipulated and put in plaster. It was great to see that everybody involved worked together as a team. On arrival you was greeted with a friendly receptionist and was seen by experienced practitioners and doctor and information about what was going to happen to you explained very well. We were told where we could eat and asked to attend fracture clinic the following morning before we returned home. Fracture clinic 31st January was outstanding again the staff worked great in a team checked his arm also wrote follow up letter and sent X-rays to Derby. Also organised a fax to the RAC to get us home and told us where to get a meal before we started the long journey home. Thank you so much.
