"Exemplary caring, brilliant staff, total..."

I have just come home from St Mikes following a total knee replacement and I simply cannot find fault with this hospital. From start to finish I was very well cared for, nothing seemed to be too much trouble (except me on a couple of occasions but that is another story). Everything was taken in their stride and all the patients on my ward - St Joseph's D ward- had high praise for ALL the staff who made our stay as comfortable as was possible .Every attention possible was given and if we had to wait it meant they were dealing with someone with more urgent needs. I would certainly recommend this facility who is to undergo hospitalisation if they have the choice. I may need future surgery on my other knee and would not have any qualms about going back to St Mikes. Well Done everone
