i have found that if your over 65 on wards your treated like your senile , and that thy know what is the best for you most people over 65 have a life time off knowledge ,and did not run to the doctors ,every five minuets with a sore finger like they do to day ,we got on with life,

I am sorry to hear that you were disatissfied with the way you were treated by our staff on the wards and would urge you to contact a member of our Patient Relations Team on 01253 655588 / pals@bfwhospitals.nhs.uk so that we can look into this matter for you.

The Trust always tries to do its best for patients but we recognise that things may not always go according to your expectations. Comments like this are vital for us to identify and deal with problems on our wards, so there will be a reduced likelihood of similar issues arising again.
