on Wednesday I arrived at this department extremely nervous as I was going to have a lumbar puncher. I was nervous as past experiences at this hospital were very poor, but this was not the case this time, I had confidence in the staff and nurses who cared for me. Well you talked to me and one nurse even held my hand when I was scared and in pain. I left feeling you had taken on board the whole of me and my concerns, I can't thank you enough and what ever the results I will remember the great care I received.
