"The staff on the day ward were ..."

What I liked

The staff on the day ward were very friendly and took care of everyone as if they were the only patient there. Ward 34 was the same.

What could be improved

Ward 33.......woken up at 2.30am to have blood moniter done, was told that it had to be done every 2 hours. Next time it was done was 11am!!! Night staff very loud and sheets etc picked up at 6 ish am also very noisy.

Luckily I asked to be moved back to ward 34 and was allowed to that same day.
