"Visit with my 11yr old daughter 20th and 21st Feb..."

About: Altrincham General Hospital

I attended at the Altrincham Minor Injuries Unit in the late evening of 20th Feb 14 with my 11 year old daughter who had sustained an injury to her left foot whilst doing gymnastics. We were seen very quickly and my daughters foot was examined by the on duty male nurse. The examination was thorough and he explained his findings equally thoroughly. His manor was excellent and very reassuring. We returned the following morning for an X-Ray to confirm his diagnosis and the service was equally good. We were checked in very quickly by the reception staff and seen by the radiographer within 5 mins. We then saw the same nurse we had seen the previous evening and he was able to confirm his diagnosis of bruising. I can not praise highly enough the experience we had at the unit. All of the staff from the receptionist to the nurse and the radiographer were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. Please pass on my thanks and I thanks you for providing such a wonderful service. Thank you.
