Hello there, I sometimes drive my mum to the hospital and we usually park on the road by the multi storey car park. My mum cannot walk much and so has a disabled blue badge. Unfortunately we got a parking fine. I must say, that the new company you've got to take care of the car parks (parking eye) is terrible in terms of signage - no clear signage that there was a change in policy. i can see a lot of people have complained. Can you please help by ensuring that there is a large sign as we enter the hospital that the parking policy has changed. Thanks, Paz
