"Kind and respectful doctors"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Whilst visiting my sister she was very ill.

I took her to A & E at Heartlands, she was seen by a Dr Mark (didn't get his surname). He was so respectful and kept eye contact when speaking to her, she was very nervous but his calming approach relaxed and reassured her that everything would be fine. Even though A & E was busy he did not rush his time with her and provided her with the appropriate care.

She was transferred to the assessment ward and seen by Dr Lee (no surname). He knelt down to be at eye level with her when speaking, and again she received wonderful treatment.

Thankfully without patient support she will soon be back to good health.
