"Contacting Bristol Eye Hospital re appointment"

This morning after receiving a followup appointment after a cataract operation my husband has been trying every 15 minutes since 10am to contact Bristol Eye Hospital, without success, to change the appointment time.

He has tried other numbers which are on the correspondance he has received - to be told there is only one line in and he will just have to keep trying, or put the phone on ringback. As a message is played each time the phone rings, ringback is not possible.

Eventually the UBH NHS Trust offered to put him through to the Consultant's Secretary who is arranging a change of appointment. A very frustrating day.
