Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that there was a waiting list for your chosen provider. TRAQS is committed to looking for new ways of providing care for you in your local community. Due to the anonymous nature of patient opinion, I am unable to access the full details of your referral. However, In most circumstances patients are offered a choice of either a community (primary) or hospital (secondary) care provider. Unfortunately, TRAQS has no control over waiting times for these clinics.
