About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Oral surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived a few minutes early but the receptionist Hayley was very good. I only waited a few minutes before I was seen by a consultant. He examined me and said the lump would be removed in the New Year and make an appointment.

When I went to reception desk I was told there had been a cancellation for the next day and would I like it. I accepted and returned the next day for minor surgery.

No problems at all, and I go back soon for it to be checked. Excellent service at the Princess Royal.
