"Being able to talk outside of working hours would be helpful"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

They called me several times – though I couldn’t answer due to work. Was left a voicemail to call back. They continued to call me each working day and sent a letter. I then called them back when I was available.

Couldn’t return call as I was unable to access my phone at work.

Being able to talk outside of working hours would be helpful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not feel our service was accessible. Our phone lines are open 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday to accommodate most working hours. If we are unable to contact a patient we will always leave a generic voicemail so that the patient can call back at a time convenient to them.
