About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Good explanation and referral by GP.

I don’t use the NHS often, so was unsure of what to expect! I was contacted by TRAQS in good time. Process was explained in a human manner, with a human touch.

Awaiting appointment, process seamless so far!
