"I couldn't fault the care and attention"

My doctor sent me to A & E on Friday evening as I was feeling very unwell.

Although the admission process and waiting procedure left much to be desired, I couldn't fault the care and attention I received from the medical staff.

I am very grateful to the triage nurse and Doctor Mendes, who were both so kind and caring (which was very reassuring and beneficial at such a distressing time).

I received excellent care, in a compassionate manner and was thoroughly tested to try and ascertain what was wrong with me. Thankfully, all the tests proved negative and I was able to go home feeling a lot better.

The NHS, particularly A & E, receive much criticism and, therefore, I would like to express my thanks for the excellent treatment I received and the caring way it was administered.
