What could be improved

more care and communication between patient and consultant after surgery ,staff could be more diligent.i was never approached b y anymember of staff to let me know what had taken place with regards to aftercare etc after surgery in fact i did not even know that i had not had the surgery i was admitted to hospital for.

extremely long wait for bed pans when i complained , the reply was i forgot, this happened on numerous occasions. a most unpleasant experience very disappointing.
