My wife was referred to JR for a Ultrasound Endoscopy, previous Endoscopy's at another hospital were painful and extremely uncomfortable. Because of the previous experience our GP faxed ahead to voice our concerns, the fax was taken very seriously and the Doctor carrying out the procedure told us that she would do nothing until my wife was sedated properly. Good to her word the procedure was painless and without any trauma. Thank you JR for a pleasant visit and painless procedure, we would both recommend your hospital and it's staff for their caring attitude.
