It probably was a quiet day but I was impressed nonetheless. The reception nurse could have been a little bit friendlier but she was efficient and did finally crack a smile in the end. The triage nurse was very nice and the doctor was really friendly, reassuring and kind. I did not have to wait long and the facilities were decent and nice. So often a and e is such a horrid place but this was very good.
