"Failure to chase up appt"

I am under the restorative clinic at the hospital and have been since 2010. Every time I go I am told I will get a follow up appointment but it never arrives. I have left numerous messages on the answering machines and no one has got back to me. It's been nearly a year since my last appointment and am suffering extreme pain waiting for treatment. I contacted the general management who only put me through to the same answering machine. I don't know what else to do. ""Suffer in silence!""
