"Maternity dating scan"

I had my dating scan last week and had a fantastic sonographer. She was really friendly and put me and my husband at ease, which was great as it's a very anxious wait for the scan. She talked us through everything she was doing and what she could see, and pointed out the features of our baby so we could understand what we were looking at. She clearly has a real interest in her work and her patients and showed a lot of enthusiasm about our baby, even though I'm sure she sees hundreds every week! She made the experience really special for us. I do have her name but not sure about posting it on a public board but I can email it if you'd like to pass the feedback on. An added bonus was that we got there really early and were actually seen early too, with only a couple of minutes between scan and blood test.
