What I liked

All the nurses and doctors were excellent,I was treated with respect and kept informed of what was happening to me.

What could be improved

Outpatient waiting time. I always arrive on time but I have never seen a consultant at my appointment time.

Anything else?

When I have to wait to see a consultant 1-2 hrs after my appointment time it attracts costly car parking charges which,as a pensioner, I can not afford.I would like to see car parking charges revised to take into consideration the needs of patients/visitors and not used as a profit making concern.
