"Excellent with one exception"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I received really excellent care are whilst going through treatment. Staff very approachable and reassuring at a very scary time. However, it was impossible to have a confidential talk to any staff without the other patients nearby being able to hear. This stopped me from talking about a really difficult physical issue related to the side effects of the treatment.. I have put dont know below as it was the Colney Unit

Thank you for your comment. I'm glad to hear you were happy with the treatment and staff were approachable. I'm sorry to hear about your concerns about having private conversations though and have forwarded this comment to the Head of Radiotherapy who can follow this up with colleagues in the Colney Centre.
