"Amazing staff with limited resources"

Having never had to stay in hospital before I can honestly say that I take my hat off to all of the Kingsmill team that looked after me during my recent stay. From the minute I set foot through the door they were professional, friendly, efficient and looked after me as though I was in a five star hotel. Despite the fact that they were extremely understaffed and dealing with at least four dementia patients, which I think need a lot more care than gynae patients. I hope that someone who can make a difference realises that and gets them the help that they need as they worked relentlessly and always with a smile. They not only sent me home physically better but also in a good mental state which came from their constant good humour. I am really in awe of what is achieved every day and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Anya xxx
