"Outpatients department"

When are you going to bring up the standard of your outpatients service to the levels of your inpatient services you laud with great fanfare on your website? On the occasions I have had to visit this hospital I have had to wait hours and hours without explanation or apology, I've been shouted at by reception staff, ignored by others, experienced doctors being sarcastic towards me as well as dismissive of my concerns. As a vulnerable patient, presenting anxiously at this hospital I have felt uncared for and if I had any other choice I would not attend this hospital again. I cannot in all conscience recommend the outpatients department of this hospital to my family or friends.
