"Thanks and appreciation"

I went to Royal Blackburn on the 17th Feb 2014 to have gall bladder treatment I arrived on time 09-00 wonderful welcome taken to changing room had blood tests went to endoscopy really well looked after with very caring people consultant was kind understanding and outlined what would be happening no doubts whatsoever about signing for the op the next thing I knew was some kind lady saying it's all over would you like some tea and a sandwich I was home at 12-30 a wonderful team thanks to the doctor and everyone on that team
