"Nursing staff are genuinely interested in you"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Pain Management

(as the patient),

Wasn't sure what to expect when the pain management clinic was moved to ward 1 at the Leicester General Hospital but I've received a great level of care whilst getting my acupuncture.

The nursing staff are always nice and polite and genuinely interested in how you have been getting on. Thank you.

Also would like to say a special thank you to Dr Tordoff who I feel has been a credit to pain management and I will miss seeing him when he retires as he really does care about his patients.

Thank you everyone at pain management for all my on going care.

Maybe a cup of tea would be nice ;).

Dear Jodes,

Thank you very much for your comments, its great to hear such positive feedback about the Pain Management service... and in particular, Dr Tordoff was delighted to see the positive and lasting impact he has made on his one of patients:-)

When we passed this feedback onto the Pain Management service, the lead clinician Maragret Bone, asked us to pass on her regards and gratitude, saying she is very proud of the team!

Wishing you all the best,

Laura Stannard
