I would very much like to add that i am truly appauled that the hospital rang my home to confirm an operation that was supposed to be private and confidential...isnt it? But when my mother answered the phone and told them that i wasn't in, she confirmed the operation with my mother, to pass on to me. Now i think that is just unacceptable as i really didnt want her to know about this. In this case i would NOT reccomend this hospital to someone who cares about patient confidentiality.
