The CPN who sees me once a fortnight is being withdrawn.
I live on my own and when I become unwell I am usually not aware of it.
I have no-one else who is knowledgable enough to identify when I am going into psychosis / mania / depression and who can get me help before anything serious happens.
My CPN is therefore important to me to help me stay well and stay out of hospital.
