About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I have always had good service from the NHS but this time was unbelievably quick.

I saw my doctor in November, was referred to Stafford Hospital for assessment which I went to in late November and then in the middle of December you phoned me and gave me an appointment in January.

Amazing, couldn’t be more pleased. Keep up the good service. Thank you.
