About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have suffered with leg ulcers from May to mid-October of this year. The nurses at Showbirch Medical Centre have been wonderful. I cannot praise them enough.

I have been suffering from balance since May and I feel at last I shall have an answer after my referral.

On visit to the PRH today proved to be helpful and it was decided I should have further visits within one month for deeper scans to take place, and then deciding the best course of action to take.

Good service all round. Doctor seen was very helpful (Dr Hassain).
