I had a great 7 hours waiting for my operation starting at 7 in the morning the t.v only had one channal I was left with out t.v in growing pain no food no water in a room with one over lady all day then i am told no time for me you can go and we will send you a new date to come and do the whole wait again . no sorry we put you through this no sorry at all. I would not treat an animal like this. well done the all
