"The worst service I ever come across"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes to be seen by doctor, never saw one and at the end gave up and left without being seen....There was only 4 or 5 other patients and it wasn't particularly busy either.... The receptionist wasn't friendly either...told her that I was really struggling her respond was "you have to wait" with a lot of attitude.. Not impressed at all.

As with all NHS hospitals, the target for A&E is a maximum wait of 4 hours. All patients are triaged on arrival and categorised depending on the urgency of their condition. We are sorry if you found the receptionst unfriendly and that you were unable to wait to be seen.
