My civil partner had to be treated for his diabetes at the Manor and after a shaky start with the triage nurse, who sent us over to the Badger service. The doctor who seen us was very polite, helpful and explained every thing we needed to know. He sent us after a while to the AMU. We was there over 4 hours at least. The trainee doctor and a nurse were really good, very caring. The nurse went that extra mile, to make my partner feel ok. Unlike another nurse was short tempered with my husband and with another patient's family member.
"Good and bad"
