"Not happy with the service"

Me and partner went in today as my partner is pregnant. She has been bleeding so we automatically though she was mos carriaging as we went last week with her having pains and thought it was ectopic. And we sat there four hours for them to say she needs another scan. They didn't even check anything we was sat down for two mins and sent home. The docs didn't check her belly check her cervics or anything. They did a pregnancy test which we all ready know she pregnant so now we have both come home still with no idea what is causing this bleeding until we go for another scan which can be in a weeks time. They didn't reassure us or try put our minds at rest the service was disgusting. They just didn't care about our feelings and was just trying to get everybody in and out as fast they could. Me and my partner are not happy at all.
