"A positive experience"

Really friendly and approachable staff. I was fully involved in decision making and given lots of support generally. Wonderful consultant. Specialist nurses great too. I think a bit more information prior to admission of what services are available would be good especially as patients may come from some distance and they could be better prepared. I'm due back for a two week admission and have no concerns at all about my care. I feel I'm in very good hands indeed. 'Fairly satisfied' isn't really the right response as it was down to really small things that made me not say 'very satisfied'.
