"Day treatment"

The staff (including doctors) seemed like they had something better to do and that I was an inconveniencing them, also I should know where I should be going and what I should need. They seemed more concerned about what was happing the next day as they had 14 patients to deal with. Only person that showed any compassion was the anaesthetist nurse, A+ for her. This is the first operation I have had, not looking forward to another one.
