New born baby was unwell and after a phone call to the generic nhs phone number was sharply called back by a doctor who booked us an appointment a hour later. Was very, very pleased with the service received from the hospital and the staff!

Thank you for your feedback - this particular service is run by Urgent Care Cambridgeshire. So we have passed your comment onto them but also we have passed you comments about the staff in the Princess of Wales to the Hospital Support Manager so all staff can see them.
