"Appallingly rude receptionist"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

Just tried to make an appointment and was put off by the rudeness of the reception. They were unhelpful, yawned down the phone at me - for a service that is dealing with potentially sensitive health issues, they need to sort out their front of house staff.
