What I liked
Although I had a bad experience on the ward, it was not very clean and nurses were not very helpful, I still think the outpatient department is very good, clean bright and welcoming. All the different clinics I attended were also very efficient with Doctors, nurses and Health Care assistants very helpful and kind and usually very prompt, if any delays occurred we were informed about it which makes you quite willing to wait. Pre op assessment nurses were very good at explaining what would happen and reassuring you. I also found the theatre technician very reassuring.
What could be improved
The food could have been improved. Also Some Doctors did not wash their hands. It would take a brave person to ask a Doctor if he had washed his hands. The Doctor could say I have washed my hands.
