What I liked

I attended the hospital for an operation in the day surgery unit in October 2008 and wanted to say thank you.

The medical team kept me well informed of the procedures, my pain was well managed, the ward was spotlessly clean, and I wanted to say a special thank you to the nursing staff who made me feel cared for in a safe environment. In spite of the number of patients they must deal with I was treated as an individual as were all those who attended the unit while I was there.

I could not have received better care anywhere and am extremely grateful.
