I was waiting for surgery on my broken wrist at Pinderfields when I was offered the opportunity to have the necessary procedure the next morning at Dewsbury. Having never visited this hospital, I was initially rather anxious but this was soon dispelled on arrival at the Boothroyd centre. I could not have hoped for better care anywhere. Every member of staff was professional, caring and cheerful. I was looked after by a wonderful nursing team , whilst the surgeon and anaesthetist took care to inform and reassure me. My sincere thanks goes to all those involved.
