"Brilliant Service A*"

I have recently had 2 biopsy operations at this hospital. They treated me extremely well, all procedures were double checked by another member of staff. I couldn't have asked for better treatment if I had paid for it. By contrast I was admitted to Newcross Hospital last August and it was an absolutely dreadful experience right from A&E through to being discharged. I would choose Stafford Hospital over Newcross any day. Although they have received more than their fair share of bad press I believe they have taken huge steps to improve the service they offer. I would hate to have to use Newcross or Stoke if Stafford Hospital closed and believe local people should support it more. I couldn't fault Stafford in anyway whatsoever.
