Contacted them on behalf of my grandad as he was too anxious. I mainly wanted advice as I am a nurse and knew he needed an out-of-hours GP but couldn't seem to locate one in Barnsley.
I received appaling service from the nurse I spoke to, very patronising and wouldn't let me speak. She said as a nurse I should know I needed consent from my grandad to go ahead.
I am fully aware of consent issues & if she had bothered to let me speak I could have explained again (2nd person I had spoken to)!
No care, compassion & communication was terrible. Staff certainly need 6 Cs training!
