"Appalling parking but amazing staff more than made..."

I went into the hospital for an emergency pregnancy scan which is always scary. Trying to find parking is appalling because people keep parking on the pavements which makes it a nightmare to get into the parking lot. we ended up in a private parking lot because we were running late. However, the staff at the kennsington clinic were absolutely lovely. From the beginning of the consultation to the scan and the post scan interview, I cant say enough about the great way in which the staff treated us. They were professional but still very humane and empathetic and the hospital was sparkling clean.
