"Waiting lists"

About: West Suffolk Hospital

My mother-in-law has been waiting for more than 18 works for an operation. During that time she has deteriorated from being an active, happy woman to house-bound and depressed, now in need of constant care. The hospital say her case is classed as "urgent" but so are many others. West Suffolk Hospital is not abiding by its commitments to the community it serves.

We are concerned to hear of your mother-in-law's experience. We would urge you to contact out Patient Advice & Liaison Service: 01284 712555 or email PALS@wsh.nhs.uk with more details so we are able to look into this matter further. Thank you.
