"Excellent service"

After arriving at Scunthorpe general Hospital A&E I was examined by a Doctor and nurse within a few minutes. I was then escorted to the Ophthalmology department for a further more comprehensive examination by a Doctor, after which I was admitted to ward 26 where I spend eight days, the nurses, cleaning staff and especially the tea ladies were excellent.and well mannered on this ward ( my daily treatment did not require the attention of a doctor but through the Ophthalmology department ) I also had to make many visits to the Ophthalmology department both as an in patient and out patient, this department was run with precision by the staff.
