About: St Mary's Hospital (Newport)

(as the patient),

I had to have a sigmoidoscopy.

From start to finish the service was first class. I was informed and given reassurance at all times.

I would particularly acknowledge the endoscopist Jim Rainer. He kept me fully informed and I watched on TV. I left the department after 1 1/2 hours. My sincere thanks

Thank you so much for posting this positive feedback which has been shared with the Endoscopy Department team and with Jim Rainer in particular.

It is always reassuring to hear that Trust staff are ensuring that patients have a positive experience even in difficult or traumatic situations.
